These terms govern your use of Slow Tale Time, an interactive digital storybook for children featuring the adventures of Freddie the tortoise and his brother OJ. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian using the app with a child, you accept these terms on their behalf.
You may browse the free story without creating an account. Purchasing additional stories requires an email address so we can link your purchases to you. You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and for any activity carried out using your account.
Individual stories cost 50p and the full collection of twelve stories costs £4.50 as a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Once a story is unlocked it remains available to your account permanently. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have a concern about a purchase.
All stories, illustrations, narration, and other content in Slow Tale Time are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify the content without permission. You are welcome to enjoy the stories with your family and share screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass payment systems, or interfere with its operation. The app is designed for children aged 3 to 7 to enjoy with a grown-up, and we ask that you supervise your child's use of the app.
Slow Tale Time is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for stories.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date above shows when they were last revised.
